At Mannat Sportswear Store, client satisfaction is our utmost priority. We supply high-end premium sportswear and sports equipment. Please read our Return and Refund terms carefully prior to completing your purchase.

1. Standard Return Window

We offer a standard 7-Day Return Policy. You may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 calendar days from the date of product delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a successful return, exchange, or refund, the item must meet the following guidelines:

• The product must be completely unused, unmounted, and in the exact condition that you received it.
• It must be returned inside its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, screws, and keys.
• Products that have been damaged or altered due to improper installation attempt by the customer are not eligible for returns.

3. Shipping & Returns Policy

Reverse pickup logistics are not supported. Customers must securely self-ship the unused items back to the same address provided on your product/invoice at their own cost.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is successfully collected and arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect it. Upon confirmation of eligible condition:

• We will notify you of approval or rejection via your registered email or mobile number.
• Approved refunds are processed back directly to your original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, NetBanking) through our secure gateway.
• The refunded amount typically reflects in your bank statement within 5 to 7 working days, subject to standard banking cycles in India.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare case that a product is delivered in a broken, physically damaged, or non-functional state:

Please record a short unpackaging video or capture clean images showing the condition, and email our support at mannatsportswearstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a priority brand new replacement for you at no added cost!
